1准备好所需食材 -
2茄子洗净掰成两半
-
3入蒸锅开锅大火蒸15分钟
-
4蒸熟的茄子
-
5蒸熟的茄子用手撕成长条
-
6把韭菜切成2厘米长的段，倒入茄子里
-
7把蒜砸成泥，然后倒入白糖、盐、鸡精
-
8接着倒入调好的生抽和醋
-
9把拌匀的蒜泥汁打入茄子里
-
10放一小勺香油和几个红线椒圈
-
11调拌均匀装盘即可食用
